Online Certified Employment Strategist (CES) Certification Qualifications Exam
Career Professionals of Canada grants credential recognition through CPC’s Competency-Based Program for experienced and qualified career professionals. This competency-based route to certification is open to CPC members who have a minimum of one year of full-time, or equivalent part-time, paid qualifying work experience providing employment consulting services. It is ideal for professionals providing career transition and job search services.
You must be a member of Career Professionals of Canada (CPC) to register. You have up to one year, or until your membership expires, to complete your qualifications exam and submit your assignment. To attain the CES designation, you must apply for and pass a Qualifications Exam. This includes an online exam and a submitted assignment covering concepts from The Canadian Employment Strategist, Certified Employment Strategist eGuide. Upon successful completion, you will have fulfilled the requirements for certification. Active membership is required to maintain your certification.
